Even though I only uploaded photos to a handful of locations, Google informed me yesterday that they had received 1,174 views (+332 in the past week) on Google Maps.
If I ran a local company (a photo studio, taxi service, pizza delivery business, etc.) or a national or international consumer goods or services firm, I reasoned, I could upload new photos every day, photograph every location relevant to my target audience, and receive a flood of free, highly targeted traffic from Google Maps.
