Auth0 saw a lot of people were opening their signup form and then just dropping.
It was a mystery to them why.
They decided to ask people and learnt that they didn’t understand they could log in with social providers.
There were only logos of social providers so they thought these are just links to social networks, not buttons to sign up.
So Auth0 changed the social logos to have the logo + “Sign up with X” text.
Result: conversions increased by 33%.
