Page Load Speed

I removed the chat feature because it wasn’t serving any useful purpose. Like Neil, you probably don’t want a chatbot on your site because of how much time it takes for each page to load. And if a page doesn’t load in three seconds, 40% of visitors will give up and go elsewhere.
If visitors give up waiting for your site to load, they’re not likely to come back. Convert. If increasing your site’s loading time by one second is the difference between making a sale and losing it (say, from three seconds to four), it’s worth it.
Websites that take forever to load receive worse search engine rankings than those that load quickly. Find out how quickly your site loads on various devices with Google’s PageSpeed Insights tool and use the insights it provides to make improvements.
