What does this method do?
The main idea is to find another name in the same niche as yours, whether it’s expired or not, and 301 redirect it to your current domain.
Your website will get all of the links and anchor text from the site that came before it.

4. The site should have at least 20 referring addresses, but more is better.
5. The site should have anchor text that hasn’t been optimised and a high number of branded links.
6. The site should be searched (use “site:domain.com” in Google to do this)
7. Spam should not have been sent through the site in the past.
