Feature Request Follow-up

Make a note in the trello card/asana task associated with the requested feature every time a customer asks for it. Send them an email when the feature they requested is live to let them know you heard their request and are working on it. This will drastically increase the retention of those users, and maybe even bring back those who have lapsed into inactivity or churned. Very little time is involved, but if necessary, you can have your customer relationship management system handle this for you.
