Feature Request Follow-Up

Make a note in the trello card/asana task for the requested feature every time a customer asks for it. Send them an email when the feature they requested is live to let them know you heard their request and are implementing it. As a result, user retention will increase dramatically, and some lapsed or churned users may even return. It doesn’t take long, but if necessary, you can automate it with your customer relationship management system.
