Take advantage of the reach of stories

Snapchat was the first app to introduce the concept of “Stories.” However, other social platforms recognised the success of stories, and now many of the most popular social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, have their own stories feature.

With the Stories function, users can post media (photos or videos) to the app’s home screen for a limited time (typically 24 hours) before they disappear.

According to Instagram’s own data, over 500 million people check out Instagram stories daily. Facebook also claims that its main app and Messenger each have roughly the same daily user base for its stories feature.

If you haven’t been using Facebook or Instagram’s stories features, you’re missing out. The most appealing aspect of stories is that they encourage interaction from viewers by means of features like polls and the ability to swipe up and view a website.
