Use customer feedback to create an excellent product

The days of companies winning big with a mediocre product and some clever marketing are over. Customers can now investigate a business’ legitimacy and reputation online before committing to a purchase.

One effective strategy is to survey a sample of potential buyers before releasing the product to the public.

Crazy Egg, founded by Neil Patel and company, is a startup that aims to do just that by providing a wide variety of tools for optimising websites to enhance the user experience.

Approximately one month after introducing Crazy Egg to the public, Neil and his group began soliciting user feedback. The data was analysed and used to enhance the quality of their services. They made it known to their target audience every time they improved their services.

Six months later, when they finally began offering their services for sale, they had amassed a waiting list of over 10,000 eager customers.
