We conducted roughly 500 a/b tests, which improved sign-up and donation conversion rates by 161% and 49%, respectively.

We raised the conversion rate by more than 5% by breaking down the lengthy contribution form into 4 shorter steps: 1. Donation amount; 2. Personal information; 3. Billing information; and 4. Occupation/Employer.
