The most effective content marketing plans know exactly what they want to accomplish and how to best reach their target demographic.

 

Content marketing is “a strategic marketing approach centered on developing and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and maintain a clearly defined audience — and, eventually, to drive profitable consumer action,” as defined by the Content Marketing Institute.

 

The acquisition, sale, or lease of real estate all constitute potentially lucrative consumer actions in the industry. With this end in mind, a real estate agent’s content marketing strategy can have different aims at each stage of the buying funnel, depending on where the client is at that point.
